* Four major skin problems are discussed: Cancer, Shingles, Nails Fungus and Pressure Sores. Pictures illustrate potential warning signs. The importance of early diagnosis is emphasized.

IRIS (Castlegar) offered Dealing with Stress for a group of 35 at their January Lunch and Learn. We also learned a bit about journaling and they are looking to start a journaling group. More details at the next IRIS session or contact Sandi McCreight. The lunch and learn sessions are a great opportunity to learn new information and share a meal!
